BLACKTOP SEALER
Custom rubberized asphalt emulsion blended with select minerals, polymers and chemicals to produce the finest product. Each additive was selected for its characteristics that ultimately produce a sealcoat with the deepest and longest lasting color, firmest body, and greatest durability. It is extraordinarily tough, flexible and water repellent. The co-efficient of expansion and contraction of Pitch Black® asphalt pavement sealer is identical to that of asphalt pavement and has a natural affinity for bonding to asphalt pavement.

Additives are made of a self-reactive vinyl acrylic terpolymer latex with chemically resistant additives which modify asphalt emulsion pavement sealers. Excellent for use on airport runways, shopping centers, parking lots, playgrounds, service stations, convenience stores, driveways and just about any asphalt surface. The additives offer faster drying times, greater flexibity, Deeper black color with more resistance to oil, fuel, grease & water, Increased scuffing resistance and more!

Oil Spot Primer is a latex-based oil spot sealant formulated to coat and promote adhesion over petroleum-saturated bituminous asphalt surfaces including grease, gasoline, hydraulic fluids and most chemical stains. Benefits of using Oil Spot Primer include Dries quickly (in approximately 30 minutes), Leaves a barrier between the soiled asphalt allowing adhesion of the sealcoat to the pavement, No bleeding into the cured sealcoat surface and it can be applied using any suitable spray apparatus, broom or roller!
